Standard Shipping Time

Exceptions for Limited Edition Items
It's important to note that if you have purchased a limited edition item, the shipping time may be longer than our standard timeframe. Limited edition items require special attention and care during the production and shipping process to ensure their exclusivity and quality. Rest assured, we will communicate any extended shipping times clearly on the product page, so you can make an informed decision before making your purchase.

Return/Refund Policy
You the buyer are responsible for ordering the correct number of items as well as the correct type, and color. We will not be responsible if you order the product.
Defective/Issues with an item and Incorrect Items Received: must be reported to kkcustomstn@yahoo.com Do not machine wash or leave in high heat for long periods of time. If item arrives defective, please add photos and claimed defect within 2 days of being marked delivered or defect becomes considered wear & tear.
Each item is handmade so each item will vary slightly. Image colors may have a slightly different color then pictured due to lighting & resolution on your device.
Lost/ Stolen Packages: KK Customs, Hat Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered" and is deemed lost by you, a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. If you live in an apartment building, please check with your management office.
Prices of our products are subject to change; prices may change without any notification. At times we may have errors on descriptions, prices, & promotions. We have the right to cancel orders and/or change errors.
Double check your address. If package is sent back, it'll be at buyer expense to re-ship. If package is delivered to wrong house, it is buyers' responsibility to track down package.
